Irregular Comparatives & Superlatives

Some common comparatives and superlatives are irregular. Here are a few examples :

Adjective Comparative Superlative
good better the best
bad worse the worst
many more the most
little less the least

Adverbs And Comparatives

Adverbs have comparatives and superlatives too. They are formed in the same way as those for adjectives except that
-- adverbs with two or more syllables and ending in y always use more/the most instead of --er/--est.

Informal uses of comparatives when comparing something or someone to yourself use me.
He is taller than me.

Formal uses of comparatives use I.
He is taller than I.
